- Link Saudi and British universities and businessmen through exchange programs, academic partnerships and research collaboration.
- Develop bilateral learning and networking programs (including business networking, professional development workshops, academic seminars, workshops and conferences) for academics in Saudi and the UK.
- Invite guest speakers and organize academic and professional gatherings to bring Saudi and British academics and businesses together.
- Organize campus/company visits, workshops and academic events for universities, academics, and academic leaders to create business partnerships between the two countries.
- Provide assistance to British businesses and academics who are interested in conducting research in or about Saudi Arabia.

- Enrich the professional development of SBMMA members through academic seminars, workshops, conferences, trips and networking activities.
- Initiate and support academic scholarship and fellowship programs that target the most talented graduate students, researchers and academics to work in Saudi or the UK.
